Return & Refund Policy – Wild & Free RV

At Wild & Free RV, we believe in good gear, good vibes, and no hassle when things don’t work out.

But we also know that sometimes something just isn’t quite the right fit once it arrives at your campsite.

Here’s how we handle returns:

🔥 Returns

If something you ordered from our shop isn’t what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

🔁 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within a few business days. It may take a little time for your bank to post it—sometimes even refunds take a slow scenic route.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some things just can’t be returned, including:

  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “final sale”

📦 Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our end, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know right away—we’ll make it right.

🌲 Affiliate Purchases

If you purchased something through one of our affiliate links, that item was sold by another retailer. Returns for those items will need to go through that retailer’s return policy.
